EMPATHY

Empathy is one of my superpowers. In today's world we need empathy more than ever to be able to come together to solve universal problems – both environmental and social. I'm a loud advocate of kind and empathic interaction and active listening. 

AUTHENTICITY

I believe in authenticity. To some it feels contradictory that I work in PR & marketing - environments that are often perceived as fake and superficial -  but that is exactly where we need more authenticity and real connection. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I'm not afraid of emotions – mine or others'. 

VEGANISM

I have been fuelled by plant power for over 9 years now. Veganism for me is more than just a diet – it's a way of living. I thrive for a completely cruelty-free lifestyle. I am super interested in new innovations and new ways of doing things cruelty-free. 

FUN

What ever I do, I do it with a smile on my face and a twinkle in my eyes. Your mentality can change everything – even the most gruesome task can feel fun, when you decide to perceive it as such. There can never be too much laughter in this world!
